As a piece, I am very happy with the final image: it does everything I hoped for... and more: The image is so multifaceted, and each facet is an unique aspect of their lives.

It has been an amazing experience producing this piece for Keren & Danni, so full as it is with my own memories. Seeing some of my favourite photos and memories float around the mosaic has been an emotional experience. In the days after the animation was completed (for the first, second and third times) I was brought to tears on many occasions when watching the video just one more time.

Of course, I have no memory of almost half of the photos: all those photos from the Nolan clan are of people looking back at me that I didn't know. Putting them into the mosaic was a difficult exercise, and I constantly worried that I may have been using the wrong photo at the wrong time. But I met so many of those unknown people at the wedding, that I'd spent so much time looking at in their photos: reading their expressions, smiling with their laughing eyes, deciphering the group dynamics: it's fantastic to start adding my memories to those photos too.

I sincerely hope that as you investigate the photos that make up the PhotoMosaic of Keren & Danni (running your cursor over the image will display a thumbnail of the underlying photo and clicking on the mosaic will display the underlying full sized photo), that you also find photos that are full of your memories too, and you get a sense of the history that has been imbued into both Keren and Danni and that they'll continue to augment and develop through all the years that Jesus gives them.
